Notably, the increase of OVA257–264-specific Ezh2−/− CD8 T cells 3 days after infection was associated with enhanced proliferation rates (Supplementary Fig. 4c), increases of KLRG1hi cells (Supplementary Fig. 4d, e) and decreased ratio of TCMP vs. TEFF (Supplementary Fig. 4f).
