In vivo, CD11c+MHCII+F4/80− DCs isolated from the dLN of LLC TB mice had a greater amount of lipids than DC from non-draining LN from the same mice (Supplementary Fig. 4e) and CD103+ DCs had higher amount of lipids than CD103− DCs (Supplementary Fig. 4f). This evidence concerns the gene ITGAE and tuberculosis.
