As shown in Figure 4, compared with the control group, NF-κB p65 expression of myocardial cell nucleus in DCM group rats was remarkably increased (P < 0.05 versus control group); HLF 100 mg/kg and HLF 200 mg/kg remarkably restrained the increase of NF-κB p65 induced by diabetes (P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and familial dilated cardiomyopathy.
