The expression of CD320 and CD2BP2 was also significantly higher in human MM cell lines (HMCL; n=25) [ratio≥ 2, FDR< 0.05; 1000 permutations] compared with MMC, suggesting that they could be involved in MM progression (Figure 1) (Supplementary Table 2A). The gene discussed is CD2BP2; the disease is Miyoshi myopathy.
