EZH2 and neoplasm: Consist with the results obtained from the in vitro study, immune-histochemical analyses demonstrated that the expression levels of EZH2, H3K27me3, MMP2, Vimentin, N-cadherin, ki-67 and Cyclin D1 were downregulated in tumor specimens from the GSK343-treated group (Figure 5F and Supplementary Figure 3F).
