RASA2 and breast carcinoma: Women carrying RASA2 (rs16851483) T/T genotype and BMI ≥ 24 were under a higher risk of breast cancer compared with those who had the G/G genotype and BMI < 24 (OR = 2.51, 95% CI: 1.38–4.56), revealing an additive interaction between specific genotype and BMI.
