G-CSFr expression was significantly increased in nonalcoholic fatty liver mice (14.7 times, p < 0.001), alcoholic liver disease (7.4 times, p = 0.004), cirrhosis model (2.4 times, p = 0.05) and hepatic (IR) (6.8 times, p = 0.005) models as compared to the control mice (Figure 1A). This evidence concerns the gene CSF3R and non-alcoholic fatty liver.
