Clinical features including tumor location of the oropharynx and p16-status did not significantly differ according to baseline PD-L1 status, although baseline PD-L1-positive tumors showed a relatively high proportion of oropharyngeal tumors (7 of 22, 31.8% in PD-L1-positive vs. 1 of 13, 7.7% in PD-L1-negative) and p16-positive tumors (6 of 22, 27.3% in PD-L1-positive vs. 1 of 13, 7.7% in PD-L1-negative). The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is neoplasm.
