A decline in ROS generation (**P ≤ 0.01; Fig. 4A,B), RA FLS migration (***P ≤ 0.001; Fig. 5A) and HUVEC tube formation (*P ≤ 0.05; Fig. 5B) was discovered in treatments with antagonists of TNFR2, IL‐6R and IL‐1βR. Here, IL6R is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
