The positive/high expression of cyclin B1 had an obvious association with both 3-year overall survival (OR 0.21, 95% CI 0.12–0.37; P < 0.00001) and 5-year overall survival (OR 0.20, 95% CI 0.12–0.34; P < 0.00001) in esophageal cancer, and 5-year overall survival of colorectal cancer (OR 2.01, 95% CI 1.32–3.08; P = 0.001). Here, CCNB1 is linked to colorectal cancer.
