In this study, we demonstrate that betulinic acid (BA) suppresses AML cells through SOD2 suppression with subsequent ROS generation and AHR activation with subsequent HIF1α suppression; Chidamide (CDM) slightly suppresses AML cells through ROS generation and increased p300 acetylation with subsequent dissociation of p300 with HIF1α. This evidence concerns the gene EP300 and acute myeloid leukemia.
