In our study, the level of CytoC was increased 4.4 times after treatment with 20 μM CAPE-pNO2, and the up-regulation of Bax and down-regulation of Bcl-2 suggested that CAPE-pNO2 induced cervical cancer cell apoptosis by affecting the expression of Bcl-2 family proteins. Here, BCL2 is linked to cervical cancer.
