Until now, several HER2-directed therapies have been approved for the HER2-positive breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer, including trastuzumab, pertuzumab, T-DM1, lapatinib and afatinib (tyrosine kinase inhibitors which blocked EGFR and HER2) [3, 17]. This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
