Work from our lab has also found that RV treatment of both MM cell lines, and the Vk*MYC murine model leads to upregulation of PD-L1 on MM cells, and we are currently evaluating the treatment synergy using Reolysin and PD-1 blockade in this model.(Unpublished data) Although not yet evaluated in MM, the use of VSV-IFNβ-NIS in combination with PD-L1 blockade has shown promising in vivo results in a mouse model of acute myeloid leukemia. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and acute myeloid leukemia.
