The values of BMI, systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, TG, and the ratio of TC to HDL-C were higher, but diastolic blood pressure, TC, HDL-C, ApoA1, the percentage of alcohol consumption, and the ratio of ApoA1 to ApoB were lower in CHD patients than in controls (P<0.05–0.001). Here, APOA1 is linked to coronary artery disorder.
