The downregulated mRNAs included those encoding key anti-invasive regulators in breast cancer, such as E-cadherin (CDH1), metastatin/kissipetin receptor (KISS1R), cadherin-13 (CDH13), nucleoside diphosphate kinase A (NME1/NME23A), WNT inhibitory factor 1 (WIF1), and fasciculation and elongation protein zeta 1 (FEZ1) (34, –, 36). Here, CDH13 is linked to breast carcinoma.
