To further investigate the clinical significance of miR-141-3p-induced TRAF5 and TRAF6 downregulation and the subsequent activation of NF-κB signaling in PCa tissues, miR-141-3p expression and the protein expression levels of TRAF5, TRAF6 and nuclear p65 were examined.
