Consequently, our results suggest that A. glehni extract improves abnormal metabolic profiles in serum and liver through accelerating energy expenditure and stimulating of lipid catabolism by PPARδ and adiponectin and it can additionally ameliorate obesity through adiponectin/PPARδ-AMPK-PGC-1α pathway (Figure 10).
