Deletion of Ng2/Cspg4 in established tumors (KrasFRT-STOP-FRT-G12D/+; p53FRT/FRT; Rosa26Cre-ER-T2/+; Ng2/Cspg4f/f) resulted in a significant reduction in tumor size when compared with the KrasFRT-STOP-FRT-G12D/+; p53FRT/FRT; Rosa26+/+; Ng2/Cspg4f/f tumors (Fig. 1D).
