Tumors from KrasFRT-STOP-FRT-G12D/+; p53FRT/FRT; Rosa26+/+; Ng2/Cspg4f/f (KPR-control) and KrasFRT-STOP-FRT-G12D/+; p53FRT/FRT; Rosa26Cre-ER-T2/+; Ng2/Cspg4f/f mice were collected 12 days after tumor formation, and real-time PCR, immunofluorescence, and Western analysis (Fig. 1 (A and B) and Fig. S1) were used to confirm the deletion of Ng2/Cspg4 and its protein product.
