Multivariate analysis, the parameters associated with age (≥60/<60y), WBC (≥30/<30 ×109/L), karyotype classifications (favorable/intermediate/poor), ten gene mutations (mutant/wild-type), and chemerin expression (high/low) with P<0.20 in univariate analysis, also identified that chemerin over-expression was an independent favorable prognostic factor in AML patients (Table 2).
