As shown in Table 2, by using univariate regression analysis, we found that the risk of cancer-related death was significantly increased by the presence of EGFR CNG (OR =4.14, 95% CI =1.94-8.86, P <0.001), HER3 CNG (OR =2.48, 95% CI =1.15-5.40, P =0.02) and HER4 CNG (OR =2.16, 95% CI =1.02-4.58, P =0.04). This evidence concerns the gene ERBB4 and cancer.
