To confirm this possibility, Hep-2 and TU212 cells were transfected to overexpress B7-H4, and the results showed that the invasion and metastatic abilities of B7-H4-transfected Hep-2 cells were significantly higher than those of the control counterparts (Figure 6), indicating B7-H4 accelerates the invasion and metastasis of LC.
