In this paper, we computationally evaluated and reported the inhibitory activity found in meridianins A–G, a group of marine indole alkaloids isolated from the marine tunicate Aplidium, against various protein kinases involved in Alzheimer’s disease (AD), a neurodegenerative pathology characterized by the presence of neurofibrillary tangles (NFT). Here, WEE1 is linked to early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
