To date, iASPP has been found to be overexpressed in human breast carcinomas, ovarian cancers and so on, it has been confirmed to be related with poor prognosis [8, 9].We had previously detected the expression of iASPP in acute leukemia, and found that the expression of iASPP was significantly higher in patients compared with healthy donors or patients in complete remission [10]. This evidence concerns the gene PPP1R13L and breast carcinoma.
