Subgroup analysis by cancer types showed that CDX2 overexpression was a prognostic biomarker of a favourable 3-year OS for participants with gastric cancer (OR: 0.34, 95%CI: [0.20,0.58], P < 0.0001, I2 = 67%), colorectal cancer (OR: 0.32, 95%CI: [0.20,0.49], P < 0.00001, I2 = 55%) and other cancer types (OR: 0.22, 95%CI: [0.16,0.31], P < 0.00001, I2 = 0%) (Figure 3). Here, CDX2 is linked to gastric cancer.
