Next, we evaluated which major cytokines produced by HS-5, i.e., interleukin (IL)-6, IL-8, granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF), granulocyte macrophage-CSF (GM-CSF), macrophage inflammatory protein (MIP)-1α, IL-1β [10], and MDS-associated cytokines, i.e., IL-10, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1 [3, 11–13], could induce Tim-3 expression on F-36P cells.
