Some reported trials applied GD2-specific CAR T cells for neuroblastoma (insufficient working time of CAR T cells with some evidence of antineoplastic effects) [34], HER2 CAR T cells for HER2-positive sarcoma (3 of 17 patients with tumor removed) [30], epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) CAR T cells for non-small cell lung cancer (2 of 11 patients with partial responses and 5 of 11 with stable disease) [35], and anti-CEA CAR T cells for CEA+ Liver Metastases(One patient alive with stable disease and 5 patients dead of progressive disease) [36]. Here, ERBB2 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
