JAK2 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: Analyses revealed that 3.5% (16/461) of these BCP-ALL cases harbored JAK2 mutations, which were detected in 7.6% (6/79) of BCR-ABL1-like cases, 11.9% (8/67) of non-BCR-ABL1-like B-other cases, and 1.6% (2/124) of high hyperdiploid cases.
