We further analyzed the relationship between the expression levels of Sun2 and several clinicopathological features of prostate cancer patients, and found that low expression of Sun2 was significantly correlated with Gleason score (P = 0.018), Postoperative T stage (pT) (P = 0.03), Lymph nodal invasion (P = 0.004) and clinical pathological stage (P = 0.012) (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene SUN2 and prostate carcinoma.
