Morgana expression levels positively correlated with neutrophil markers FCGR3A (CD16) and FCGR3B (CD16b) (Fig. 8h), while no correlation was detected with lymphocyte (MS4A1 coding for CD20 and CD19) and macrophage markers (CD68 and CD14) (Supplementary Table 3), indicating a specific role of the Morgana/NF-κB axis in neutrophil recruitment also in human cancers.
