The results showed that the XRCC1 (rs3213245) TT genotype increased the risk of cervical cancer (adjusted OR = 0.63; 95% CI = 0.46–0.86 for the testing set; adjusted OR = 0.57; 95% CI = 0.44–0.73 for the validation set; and adjusted OR = 0.62, 95% CI = 0.51–0.75 for the combined set, TT genotype reference). Here, XRCC1 is linked to cervical cancer.
