Our lab has previously demonstrated that TSSC3 acts as a tumor suppressor gene due to its pro-apoptotic function, inhibition of cell growth and enhancement of sensitivity to chemotherapy in OS cells [14, 36], and MECP2 (methyl-CpG-binding protein 2) and EZH2 (Enhancer of zeste homolog 2) are involved in regulation of TSSC3 expression [22, 32, 37]. The gene discussed is EZH2; the disease is neoplasm.
