The MYCN amplifications we detected using ddPCR of gDNA in 8 neuroblastoma cell lines ranged from the 86.0 ± 6.4 MYCN copies measured in IMR-32 cells to the 510.0 ± 73.9 MYCN copies measured in BE(2)-C cells (Figure 4, Table 1), and all 8 amplifications could also be deduced from cfDNA. The gene discussed is MYCN; the disease is neuroblastoma.
