The T3 patients (n=9) had tumours invading through muscularis propria into subserosa or non-peritonealized pericolic or perirectal tissues (mean TSP1: 2.089%), whereas T4 group (n=10) containing tumour directly invades other organs or structures and/or perforate visceral peritoneum (mean TSP1: 1.900%). This evidence concerns the gene THBS1 and neoplasm.
