As shown here, CDK3 exhibited a potent inhibitory effect on Wnt signaling in breast cancer cells through regulating the phosphorylation level of LRP6, the expression of Axin1 and Dvl2, leading to the inhibition of β-catenin, and this process is possibly due to decreased expression of Wnt3a. The gene discussed is WNT3A; the disease is breast carcinoma.
