In multiple myeloma, several CTAs have been described by others and us, including MAGE-A3 (melanoma-associated antigen 3) [20–23], NY-ESO-1 (New York esophageal-1) [24–27], WT-1 (Wilms’ tumor gene 1) [28–30], and RHAMM/HMMR (receptor of hyaluronic acid mediated motility) [31–33]. The gene discussed is CTAG1A; the disease is plasma cell myeloma.
