Quantitative PCR showed that expression levels of TIPE2 were 2−ΔΔCt (3.62 ± 1.42) and 2−ΔΔCt (9.42 ± 3.01) in peripheral blood of patients with inactive RA (n = 22) and active RA (n = 32), respectively, both of which were higher than the level observed in the healthy control group (1.43 ± 0.49; n = 30). Here, TIPE2 is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
