Furthermore, our findings also suggest that, hormonal receptor expression has no statistically significant association with age group even though most (73.9%, n = 17/23) of the breast carcinoma with ER expression were seen in age group 36–55 years (Pearson’s Chi-square: 3.189, P-value = 0.203) and similarly (71.4%, n = 10/14) for PR expression Pearson’s Chi-square: 1.853, P-value = 0.396, Fisher Exact Test) (Table 8 and Fig. 3). The gene discussed is PGR; the disease is breast carcinoma.
