In conclusion, our study showed that overexpression of miR-143 could suppress proliferation, migration and invasion and cell cycle process of HEC-1B cells, and induce apoptosis by targeting MAPK1. These results revealed that miR-143 functions as a tumor suppressor and might play an important role in the inhibition of EC cell proliferation and metastasis. This evidence concerns the gene MAPK1 and neoplasm.
