To further study the underlining mechanism of miR-27a-3p promoting carcinogenesis of CRC by targeting RXRα, our data demonstrated that miR-27a-3p inhibitor dramatically increased RXRα and suppressed β-catenin, Frizzled-7, Dvl2, Dvl3, p-LRP6, Axin1, and GSK3β expression in CRC cells. This evidence concerns the gene DVL3 and colorectal carcinoma.
