Vincent et al. revealed mice with bitransgenic HCC (hepatocellular carcinoma)/Hu-AGT-TG exhibited a significantly longer survival time than the HCC-TG mice and a decrease in both tumor growth and blood flow velocities of the liver through reducing of endothelial arterial markers (active Notch4, Delta-like 4 ligand and ephrin B2) [39]. This evidence concerns the gene EFNB2 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
