In endometrial cancers, JAK1 frameshifts were associated with a significantly higher TMB (median 23.1 mutations per Mb) compared to samples without a JAK1 frameshift (median 4.5 mutations per Mb; Fig 2B, P = 5.0 x 10−39, Mann-Whitney U test), which is consistent with the increased TMB of MSI-H tumors [42]. This evidence concerns the gene JAK1 and endometrial cancer.
