More specifically, ECP-upregulated transcripts associated with pathways in cancer were [gene symbol (fold change; adjusted P value on RNA-seq); respectively]: LAMC3 (1.55; P = 0.10), PTCH1 (1.51; P = 0.09), PTCH2 (1.52; P = 0.03), PIK3R3 (1.22; P = 0.10), and PIAS1 (1.18; P = 0.09), whereas ECP downregulated transcripts associated with oxidative phosphorylation were ATP5F1 (1.18; P = 0.01), ATP5J (1.24; P = 0.06), and NDUFB3 (1.37; P = 0.01).
