As showed in Fig. 5d and e, both wild-type AKT1 and MAPK1 reporter gene luciferase activity was dose-dependent reduced upon dose-dependently overexpression of miR-422a in both CRC cell lines, whereas inhibition of miR-422a increased wild-type AKT1 or MAPK1 luciferase activity. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and colorectal carcinoma.
