More recently, the dysregulation of TAGLN2 in a variety of malignant tumor types, including colorectal cancer [8], bladder cancer [9], lung cancer [10], uterine cervical squamous cell carcinoma [11], and breast cancer [12], has been discovered through proteomic analysis, and thus reveals an important role for TAGLN2 in tumor progression.
