RASSF7 and lung carcinoma: Western blot of RASSF7 protein and quantitative (q)PCR of RASSF7 mRNA from 24 lung cancer tissue samples revealed that RASSF7 protein was overexpressed relative to paired adjacent tissues (0.97 ± 0.08 vs. 0.46 ± 0.06; P < 0.01) in 75% (18/24) of the samples (Figure 1G, 1H), with a similar percentage of samples showing upregulation of RASSF7 mRNA (Figure 1I).
