C2 and hemophilia A: In our published studies, we achieved ~7‐fold reduction in average inhibitor titres in haemophilia A mice in response to intravenous FVIII replacement therapy when animals were pretreated orally twice per week with 5 μg CTB‐FVIII‐HC combined with 5 μg CTB‐FVIII‐C2 antigens bioencapsulated in frozen transplastomic tobacco leaf cells.
