CA9 and cervical cancer: Therefore, we investigated the distribution of the CA9 SNPs rs2071676 (+201, G/A) in exon 1, rs3829078 (+1081, A/G) in exon 7, rs1048638 (+1584, C/A) in the 3′-UTR of exon 11, and an 18-base-pair deletion/insertion (376del393 in exon 1) among patients with cervical cancer and normal controls; moreover, we defined their clinical implications in Taiwanese women.
