Both T-ALL (Jurkat and HPB-ALL) and Burkitt’s lymphoma (CA46 and Raji) cell lines showed significantly increased DNMT3B mRNA (3.18- to 8.82-fold, respectively, P<0.001) and protein expression in comparison to non-malignant spleen and B-cells, respectively. The gene discussed is DNMT3B; the disease is Burkitt lymphoma.
