Eight potential mRNA candidates in osteosarcoma, including Annexin2 [12], Smad2 [13], Methylthioadenosine phosphorylase (MTAP) [14], Cdc42-interacting protein 4 (CIP4) [15], Pigment Epithelium-Derived Factor (PEDF) [16], WW domain-containing oxidoreductase (WWOX) [17], Cell division cycle 5-like (Cdc5L) [18], P27 [19]were selected for quantitative RT-PCR experiments using sera exosomal RNA from 20OS patients with poor chemotherapeutic response, 20OS patients with good chemotherapeutic response, and 20 healthy controls. This evidence concerns the gene TRIP10 and osteosarcoma.
